I use to like this place because of the cheap wholesale like prices that they gave on Vapor Mods, Tanks, Juices, and pipes and bongs. After careful review and being burned 2x, I will never go back. Being a rookie vapor user, the 1st time I went in I bought a Chi-Yu clone mod which I was fairly happy with. The tank that was sold to me was garbage. They were actually trying to dump their remaining stock on me. As it turned out, the style of this tank's rebuilding coils were almost absolute. I could not find a vape shop that would rebuild it for me because it required non res coil. I was p***ed, and when I went back I barely noticed the sloppy hand written sign that stated no return's or exchanges on vape mods and tanks. I emailed and spoke to the owner Dave, who is a arrogant p****. After bugging him, he gave me 50% off my next purchase. I later went in and bought a kfun clone and was fairly happy with it. My next experience was an upgrade from a single tank system to a dual coil dripper tank. I bought my tank elsewhere and went to Video 94 to buy my vapor mod. I was sold the Nemesis clone (copper), with the understanding that there were no returns. I was happy the 1st 3 days, then it overheated and I was unable to open it to check out what was going on. I tried for hours and nothing. Finally, I had to get a set of plyers and force it open. After much struggle, I opened it after stripping the threading and scratching the s*** out of the outside. It not only was stripped now, overheated, but also ruined my genuine sony battery. I was p***ed but knew I could not return. Lastly, I use to buy my juices for 4 for 20 dollars which I thought was a good deal. Money wise it is but the quality of the juice is s***. It is so bad that it cakes up my coils with black gunk, not allowing my coils to heat up properly, draining my battery and making me change my wicks daily. Never again. The place is very dirty also, I use to overlook this, but lets be honest. All the rules and regs are hand written and I feel dirty just walking in. The staff is always stoned with bloodshot eyes and the fat manager with the balding head is a complete d***. I dealt with him on my returns. I will never go back there unless I need a place to take a leak. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. Other vape shops will give you a warranty on the products you buy. It may be 5-10 dollars higher but its worth it. I found a great juice distributor named Selectas Choice LLC. Check them out on FB.
